I took my 2014 Prius V into Brad's with damage to nearly the entire right side of the car. Doug Kalbfleisch checked me in and told me in detail what to expect regarding the repairs and how long it would take. My car is pearl white which made the repair take a bit longer than usual. Doug set my expectations so I could adjust my schedule accordingly. Everyone that I interacted with at Brad's was delightful and my car looks perfect.. Thank you!

I called Brad's on a Monday to get a spoiler painted for my corvette, I spoke with Doug who gave me an estimate (ballpark est.). I decided to drive down with my spoiler and show Doug what I wanted in person, the establishment is clean and professional so that made my experience all the better. Doug told me to leave spoiler and he would call me when done. Doug called me the next day which I wasn't expecting, to say the work was complete, so I drove down to Brad's and picked up my spoiler and oh man what a job! It turned out perfect and was exactly what I had asked for. Doug, and the whole team at Brad's did a great job for me! I would definitely take any more of my auto-body work to Brad's without a doubt. Thanks, you guys rock. Will recommend you to the corvette club for sure.

Brad's did perfect job on my wife's 2017 when she was rear-ended. On the way home from picking up our Accord, my wife was rear-ended again, so it was back to Brad's. My Tacoma was in an accident and of course I took it to Brad's. Brad's took great care of me again. Brad's does top quality work and will work for you to get quality parts, and not the cheap parts that insurance companies want to use to repair your vehicle. Darrell and Doug are not only completely focused on your satisfaction, but are also super friendly and will spend all the time needed to answer your questions and keep you informed. Car accidents really suck, but Brad's really takes the sting out of it!

Your organization is professional and keeps their word. From the front desk, to all the people I dealt with on the repairs, attitude was positive and friendly, promises were kept, and the overall experience was pleasant. Plus the repair was done on the day originally quoted. Quite a shop and I now understand why they get such high ratings. Much appreciated!

 Showed up 1st this Monday morning without an appointment and desperate. I had broken something in the window of my sister's car when I borrowed it on Sunday. Doug heard my concerns about the added problems this had caused and my schedule constraints. He handled it quick and we set the repair appointment for the next day. I came in and again Doug stepped up and saw to it that it got done quickly and correct. The big thing also was that it came in at the estimate he had told me on Monday. This is the 4th or 5th time I used your shop. I think the 2nd time with Doug. All of them have been just great experiences. I put your name out there when anyone asks. I know a couple have also come away just as happy. Don't change!
