Over & Beyond is the best way to explain my experience. The estimate way lower than others which made me a little leary about the quality of work that could be done. Their actions quickly squelched that notion! With Paula at the front desk, Darrell, Doug K, and even the young man whom cleaned my car as if it was new - they listened, made me feel that I and my car issue mattered and in the short time, that treatment never changed. Mr. Doug gave an estimate of 3 to 4 days, my car was ready in 3 days at the same estimated cost quote! He knows his work! They communicated via texts - Thanked me for bringing my car there, informed me when status changed with from pending to estimated completion date and to completion. Mr. Darrell also called me when car was completed. Like elsewhere, I never had to call to get status and unfortunately, the time estimated extended twice over. My car's bumper was fixed and with the internal & external car wash, my car looked new! Mr. Doug K is a man of integrity, but from the overall service I received from the aforementioned - Brad's is a company of integrity! I prayed and found them just by driving down the street and stopped as there's a bus stop right by them - who knew!?! I've been in the world awhile and sad to say that within the last few years, you unfortunately encounter less than desired service with a higher price tag. I cannot even begin to say how greatful I am to them, to Doug, the receptionist (sorry forgot your name) every up front, Doug refused to set am appt until the opposing party's insurance had a rental covered for me. He examine the car with me looked over the paper work and politely said oh no, no wrecking yard stuff after reading pelimary estimate from them. Once I was settled with a rental he booked me for a Monday and the Friday the following week my Subaru was ready. They did an execution job. Doug even walked me out to the car looked it over with me and I wanted to hug him. I had never been in a wreck I wasn't even in my car when this happened. They were with me through it all. I highly recommend them.

I needed my tailgate and bumper replaced as well as some bed repair after an accident and I couldn't be happier from the service and impeccable work that I received from working with Doug at Brad's Collision. I will definitely be returning for future repairs as well as my sole reference for anyone else. Thanks again.

Did a great job with my black Mazda 3. I know black is very hard to do but it looks perfect. They got it all cleaned up and looking good for me. Really appreciate Doug for all his help and the whole team for their hard work.

Brads collision did a great job on the repairs of my truck. I needed my truck back early due to moving. They listen to my needs and requests and got my truck back to me. The staff is friendly and courteous. They did a great job on the repairs. My family has used them in the past. They have done a wonderful job on all our repairs.
